Does the WhatsApp AI Agent have a conversation limit?
No. The AI Agent is an optional add-on to your plan and includes unlimited conversations, subject to our Fair Use Policy. The add-on price depends on your plan (Basic, Pro or Full).
What’s the difference between Businesses and Agencies?
Business plans are for a company that uses Digital Metrics to measure and manage its own operation. Agency plans are for agencies that offer the platform as a service to their clients: they manage several clients, each with their own campaigns and accounts, from a single account.
