These terms govern access to and use of the Digital Metrics site and platform, operated by Digital Metrics. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Digital Metrics is a platform that connects advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and WhatsApp lines with a CRM to measure spend, manage leads and automate support with AI. We may improve or modify features over time.

2. Accounts and use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the activity of your organization’s users.
• You must use the service in accordance with the law and with the policies of the integrated platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp).
• Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or for unlawful purposes is not permitted.

3. Plans and payments

Current plans, prices and limits are detailed on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and may change. The WhatsApp AI Agent is contracted as an add-on to your plan.

4. Customer data

The data you enter and your campaign and conversation data belong to you. We process them under our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Digital Metrics shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
