  • Contact data you provide when requesting a demo or writing to us (name, company, email, phone).
  • Account data for you and your organization’s users when you use the platform.
  • Advertising campaign data (Meta Ads, Google Ads) you authorize us to connect, solely to show you your metrics.
  • WhatsApp conversations from the lines you connect, to manage your leads and operate the AI Agents.
  • Usage data from the site (technical and analytics cookies) to improve the experience.

3. How we use the data

  • Provide and operate the Digital Metrics service.
  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
  • Generate metrics, reports and analysis about your own campaigns and leads.
  • Improve and secure the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers who help us deliver the service (for example, cloud infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations.

4. Third-party integrations

When you connect your Meta and Google accounts, the processing of that data is also governed by each platform’s policies and terms. We access only the information needed to show you your metrics and handle it according to the permissions you grant; you can revoke access at any time.

5. Retention

We keep the data while we have a relationship with you or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of, updating of or deletion of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].
