Fair Use Policy

At Digital Metrics we offer unlimited conversations in the WhatsApp AI Agent included as an add-on to your plan. "Unlimited" means we don’t set a fixed monthly cap: you can serve your customers without counting every conversation. This policy explains what we consider fair, reasonable use of that benefit.
1. What it’s for
Unlimited conversations are intended for the normal, good-faith commercial use of a business or agency: handling inquiries from your leads and customers, providing support and managing your sales through WhatsApp.
2. What counts as fair use
- Conversations started by real people interested in your products or services.
- Volumes consistent with the size and normal activity of your business operation.
- Use within the WhatsApp lines associated with your account and your clients.
3. What’s out of scope
The unlimited conversations benefit does not cover, among others:
- Sending bulk unsolicited messages (spam) or campaigns that violate WhatsApp and Meta policies.
- Automations that generate artificial traffic, load testing or messages with no real recipient.
- Reselling the service or using the AI Agent for third parties not linked to your account.
- Any unlawful or fraudulent use, or use that harms the infrastructure or other customers.
4. Disproportionate use
We consider use disproportionate when an account’s volume deviates significantly and consistently from the typical use of accounts on a comparable plan and activity. In those cases we may review the usage pattern together with you.
5. What we do if we detect out-of-policy use
Before taking any action, we contact you to understand the case. Depending on the situation, we may: suggest a more suitable plan, apply temporary rate limits, or — in cases of clear abuse — suspend the AI Agent. Our goal is always to support you, not to penalize you for growing.
6. WhatsApp and Meta compliance
Use of the AI Agent is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies. It is your responsibility to have your contacts’ consent and to comply with those policies.

We may update this policy. We’ll publish the current version on this page with its update date.
